Meet Shelby

Hi, it's me Shelby!!

I was born & raised in a small town in Oxford county, Im 20-something years old & have been capturing memories for almost 5 years now, I originally went to school to be a police officer (how my husband & I met)... but am now working towards my degree in Social Work!

My husband and I have been married for almost 5 years & in that time have had three beautiful children - 2 boys & recently a little girl. Shortly after our boys were born we decided to make our roots in a very small rural town not too far from Norwich, ON & of course every family needs some fur babies! We have a Husky/Lab named Nala & an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie named Chief. (We’re Disney lovers over here).

I’ve always had a thing for knowing peoples love stories, watching all the romantic movies & a love for connecting with others! So what a better way than getting to hear & capture all my clients special stories?

Becoming a momma I never realized how fast time flies & how much we want to remember all those tiny moments & that’s how I picked up my camera & was encouraged by my family & friends to capture those moments for everyone else! At the end of 2020 I took courses for Birth Photography, Fresh 48 & Lifestyle Newborn.

I absolutely love growing & learning as much as possible to give my clients the most laid back & relaxed experience. Getting your moments captured shouldn't be stressful whether it be a lifestyle session, a newborn session or your wedding day, I’m here for you - to make it calm BUT OF COURSE FUN!

Like I said I love hearing your story as an individual or your love story with your partner, how being a parent has changed you & shaped you into the person you are, all your sweet babies quirks & etc, so before your session let’s chat & get to know each other! I promise it will help shake those pre photoshoot ‘awkward’ jitters away :)
