STEP 2: LET’S CHAT
Let’s get to know each other - either over phone or in person. It’s so important for you to vibe with your photographer, we are with you on one of the most important days of your life!
STEP 3: LET’S BOOK YOUR DATE
With a few different packages to choose from we can go over which may be the best option for you! Once confirmed, I’ll send over a contract outlining all the details for you to sign, with a questionnaire to start gathering some information for your big day & invoice as I require a 40% retainer fee to secure your wedding date. Once everything is returned - I’M OFFICALLY BOOKED FOR YOU!
STEP 4: KEEP IN TOUCH
However far out your wedding is, it can be sometimes a while before we get in contact. Don’t ever hesitate to reach out to me at any time of your planning process. I have created a Wedding Guide that may have some helpful tips & maybe even answer some questions for you, that I will send over to you as well! P.S. don’t forget to book your engagement session!
STEP 5: 30-45 DAYS OUT
About a month out to your big day, I will be sending out a detailed questionnaire for you to fill out regarding your timeline. We can do this over a FaceTime, Zoom or Phone call! It will include; addresses, times, family members names, bridal party etc. It will help me determine your timeline for the day & put together a family photo & any special photo requests you may have.
STEP 6: WEDDING DAY
I can’t wait to spend this special day with you!! Setting aside 45-60 minutes for couple portraits is important, this day is about the two of you & of course the best time for this is right before sunset also known as ‘golden hour’. Such a magical time of day. Even if you can sneak out 15 minutes at some time during the reception to get just a few, you won’t regret it!!
STEP 7: OFFICALLY MR & MRS
WOO!! 72 hours after the most magical day ever.. you’ll receive an email from me with 20ish sneak peak photos ready to download to be in the moment again & of course share with family & friends.
No longer than 8-12 weeks after your wedding, your full digital gallery will be ready & sent to you! Along with your USB & personalized gift!

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN SHOOTING WEDDINGS?
I am currently going into my 4th wedding season! I have second shot with a handful of talented wedding photographers in the area as well over the last 4 years to gain as much experience as I can for all my clients.
I don't see a package that works for what I need.
Don't worry! If you have shorter need for me or a longer, send me an email! We can customize every package and I can send you a quote.
what do you shoot with & how will my images be protected?
Currently, I shoot Canon. I bring two camera to your wedding day. My main one and my backup. You will see me wear both for almost the whole day. My canons also have dual card slots, meaning your images get backed up onto TWO SD cards. As soon as I am home everything gets put onto an external hard drive and the SD cards do not get erased until your images are delivered.
How many edited images will I RECEIVE?
This is all dependent on how many hours are included in your package. On average you will see 50-60 edited images per hour. This is not guaranteed, as it truly depends on your package/hours. I also send 20-30 sneak peak images within 72 hours after your big day!
do you work from a shot list?
Prior to your wedding day I will send over an editable PDF, where we go over all the shots you would like/hope for. I of course get as many shots as I can for everything surrounding your big day.
Can I see a full wedding gallery?
Of course! Please feel free to reach out to me through email and I can send you a gallery to look over.
how does a second shooter work?
A second shooter is fantastic to have the day of your wedding. As I focus more on you & your partner, the second photographer will focus more on your guests and things that I may not get to capture while I capture the both of you.
I will choose the second shooter who I have worked with in the past & at the end of their day I receive their SD card to edit your photos.
Do you have a backup plan?
This is a MUST for any photographer and stated in all my contracts.
This will be VERY rare to need to do, but if something happens where I can no longer shoot the day of your wedding. It is MY responsibility to find another photographer to shoot that day, but I will still edit all your photos. This would need to be a medical or family emergency for me to do this.
have you shot at your venue before?
I have shot at a handful of wedding venues now and been to a handful as a guest. If I have not shot at your wedding venue, do not hesitate as I do as much research as I can on your venue and I also do a drive by/visit prior.
how many weddings do you book?
In order for me to truly focus on my couples, I only take on 2-3 weddings a month and only book 1 wedding for a whole weekend. I want to be involved & present as much as I can for you! & this is what works best for myself :)
How & when do I pay?
I understand the cost of weddings & I know this can be an awkward questions to ask sometimes!
At the time of booking I require a 40% deposit. You may make your final payment in smaller amounts over the months or just the final amount no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
how many hours should i book for?
If you are not sure, please let me help you with this! This is dependent on if you'd like getting ready or first look photos & how late your dancing starts. If you feel like more hours are needed after you book don't worry, we can add some extra hours on to your package prior to the wedding date.
